To get to the Waterloo store, we are on Illinois Route 3 south, in the Market Street Plaza next to Glik's. Store hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed Sunday. If you need further assistance with one of the many HTC products and live in the Monroe & Randolph County area, you may also email one of the store personnel.
